I produced all print materials & event collateral for BMI’s presence at SXSW, where we showcased thirty-six emerging artists who performed at BMI events across multiple days, including: Howdy Texas Day Party, YETI Day Party, Sonidos Official SXSW Music Showcase, Luck Reunion, and the BMI Brunch.

 

BMI Brunch at Geraldine’s

Step & repeats, retractable banners, custom GOBOs, pole clings, drink menus, artist display screens - this one had quite the range of materials! In total, I created 11 print & digital display items of collateral with a total 179 units for this event.

Process Highlight: Pole Clings

The cement poles at Geraldine’s come in different sizes, and provide a 360-view opportunity for branding visible throughout the room - here I created some mockups to explore different options for how best to display branding in the space while sticking to budget.

Howdy Texas at Still Austin

Howdy Texas featured our biggest banners produced for SXSW, at 12 feet high on scrim - just opaque enough for a clear design, just light enough to hang from the speaker columns! In total, I created 5 print items with a total 55 units for this event.
